At Likhon iThemba, we don’t believe in begging for funds. Instead, we host fundraisers and operate our charity shops so that our supporters receive something meaningful in return for their generosity.
Our co-founder, Kim, is a passionate advocate for adoption. She offers free advice and guidance to anyone interested in adoption or fostering, as well as support to those considering placing a child for adoption. As a mother of four adopted children herself, Kim brings invaluable firsthand experience and insight into the adoption journey.
Our main beneficiaries are underprivileged and special needs children, from birth upward. We are dedicated to supporting each child’s best interests — including their biological families, when it is safe and beneficial, and their potential adoptive families.
We love connecting with like-minded individuals, NPOs, and community partners who share our mission of giving back and building brighter futures for children.
